PCOIntelligence provides a SaaS platform that enables service businesses to communicate with their customers via SMS for service-related communications, including:

  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Service reminders
  • Service follow-ups
  • Customer support communications

Businesses using the PCOIntelligence SMS platform are required to obtain explicit customer consent before sending SMS messages.

Example 1 – Website Service Request Form

Customers can request service through the website by completing a service request form.

When submitting the form, customers may choose their preferred contact method:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • SMS (Text Message)

Selecting SMS is optional.

Customers who choose Phone or Email may submit the service request without consenting to receive SMS messages.

If a customer selects SMS as the preferred contact method, the customer is presented with an SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form.

SMS messages are sent only after the customer explicitly agrees by checking the SMS consent checkbox.
